My span of knowledge includes: title company closer, construction processing and closing, development loan secretary and licensed assistant for 13 top real estate brokers. I was a project manager for five new home communities with an average of 200 homes each. I am a past Director for the Northern Colorado Sales and Marketing Councils as well as Pulbic Relations Chairperson for the Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors.
